Presale Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility and Participation

• Participation in the presale is open to all individuals and entities possessing an Ethereum (ETH) wallet on the Ethereum network.
• All purchases must be made exclusively using Ethereum (ETH).

2.Purchase Limits

• Minimum Purchase per Account: 0.069 ETH.
• Maximum Purchase per Account: 6.9 ETH.
• Transactions that do not comply with these limits will be automatically reverted.

3.Non-Redundable Allocations

• All allocations are final upon purchase. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once an allocation is taken.

4.Token Claim and Distribution

• Purchased OWYC tokens will be available for claim on October 31, 2024, at 12:00 AM UTC, one minute after the presale concludes.
• Any unsold OWYC tokens (untaken allocations) will be permanently burned.

5.Lock-Up Period and Token Exchange

• OWYC token holders may exchange their OWYC tokens for OWY tokens in full on April 17, 2025.
• This date marks the end of a 169-day lock-up period commencing from the last day of the presale.

6.Exchange Rate Determination

• The exchange rate between OWYC and OWY tokens is dependent on the total amount of OWYC tokens purchased during the presale.
• The exchange rate is calculated using the following formula: Exchange Rate = 6,900,000/Total OWYC Purchased.
• This rate determines the number of OWY tokens exchangeable for each 1 OWYC token.

• Please read these terms carefully before participating in the presale. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
